Job Description:
As a Fence Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of fences, ensuring they are constructed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and preparation of worksites for fence installation.
Handle and transport materials and tools safely.
Dig post holes, set posts, and install fence panels according to specifications.
Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and pneumatic nail guns.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
