Quality control is not the flashy part of commercial metal roofing, but it may be one of the most important.
Panel profile drift, tooling wear, and inconsistent production can create problems that show up later in the field. Catching those issues early helps protect performance, fit, and installation quality.

BRS roof system testing has included wind speeds in excess of 150 MPH from multiple directions, along with simulated wind-driven rain testing to evaluate realistic water infiltration performance.

Testing for wind uplift, water infiltration, and system behavior under realistic conditions helps manufacturers, designers, and builders make better decisions before a roof ever reaches the jobsite.
"Looks strong enough" is not exactly a standard. Thankfully.
