This morning I was sitting in front of the PC getting ready to grind when the doorbell rang.

Imagine my surprise when it was my good friends from Above + Beyond Service Company. They wanted to share with me that they had received a donation of bikes as well a check to help buy some things on our Amazon Wish list - tubes, grips, chains etc - to help make these bikes roadworthy again.

Garfield had it wrong. Not all Mondays are bad!

In October 2025, Google officially stopped providing software updates for these older Nest models. Since then, we’ve seen multiple cases where outdated thermostat software has contributed to major HVAC system failures, including compressor damage on brand-new equipment.
