Moody Bathroom Design! The process of designing a bathroom starts with a few keywords of how you want the space to feel. This mens bathroom off a study was one of the most fun projects we’ve had the pleasure of doing.

I started with the bold marble floor pattern and built off that. A cozy, dark color scheme and detailed tall heavy door molding gave it masculinity.

Adding panels brought detail and interest. Sconce lighting added the perfect mood light, and a touch of elegance.

Dressing the counters up with a gorgeous cut edge added a bit of softness, and fantastic detail.

WARNING FOR EXTREME CREEPINESS at our latest home renovation, which has been abandoned for awhile! We found lots of critters, but nothing prepared us for finding this giant snake coiled inside the toilet.

I lifted the lid, grabbed my phone, and watched what happened next…

A support post upon entering needed a more welcoming feel…an arch was a great solution to dress it up and frame the newly expanded kitchen!

Defining the extra long living space, by closing in a dedicated office was also an impactful improvement!

Adding these floating shelves made the wall look more “finished”. We love how the updates turned out in this kitchen!

Bedroom BEFORE + AFTER, replaced yellow light bulbs as the light source with clean can lights and an updated fan. Paint, new carpet…and accentuating the tray ceiling in a different color to add character and interest. So much better!!!
