The Enid project was wrapped up expeditiously, with 106 squares of Class 4 shingles and Rapid Ridge installed in just one day. Granite Black is evidently the color of choice at present. The roof's curb appeal received an additional boost from the black gutters installed the next day.

The collaboration between the contractor and insurance adjuster was instrumental in ensuring a smooth process for the homeowners. I am delighted that Jarrod and Courtney expressed satisfaction with the process and the final product.

If a roofing company comes to your house, talks with you, and you allow them to do an inspection up on your roof, risking their lives, sweating, hurting their ankles, legs and backs. And they verify the damage to your roof via video and pictures. They discuss and advise you on next steps and options. They spend valuable time with you and you agree with everything they say and let them plant a $15 sign in your yard. You select them to do the work and take care of you. They actually care about you and repairing your property.

Then another roofing company sees that sign in your yard. They see all the chalk marks on your roof. They know you have damage before even stepping on your property or your roof. No work on their part. They walk up and say “we will be cheaper” - “we can take care of your deductible” so you go with the 2nd company that just broke the law and short changed the true work to be done. They trash your $15 sign.

They say that they have “Integrity” when they are really just trolling the hard work that others have done. They have no real skills. They will cut those same corners on your roof install as well. But you’re gonna save a few bucks…..

Let’s stay within legal boundaries. Stay within moral boundaries. Stick with that first roofing company. They’re legit.
They can actually have an educated conversation with you saving you from collusion and legal issues.
Saving you from potential fines and jail time from federal charges dealing with insurance fraud.
