The spotlight is on Bill Farrand

Bill is pictured here in the final stages at his latest project, the beautiful Seattle Tennis Club. Bill is one of the key people behind many of Wilcox's most successful projects. Keep scrolling for pictures of some of his incredible projects.

Since joining Wilcox in 2014, Bill has built some of our most challenging and most interesting projects. He has a unique ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple trades and keep everything moving forward while never losing sight of the details. That attention to detail and commitment to quality are a big reason our projects turn out the way they do.

Bill is the kind of superintendent every project team hopes to have. He solves problems, builds strong relationships, treats people well and consistently delivers a high quality product. Just as importantly, he's a great guy who is respected by everyone he works with.

We're fortunate to have Bill on our team and grateful for the leadership, craftsmanship and dedication he's brought to Wilcox over the past 12 years.

Wilcox is welcoming our summer intern, Garrett, a Construction Management student at Washington State University!

Garrett will be with us throughout the summer gaining hands-on experience working for a GC and learning the ins and outs of the construction industry beyond the classroom. You’ll see him supporting different roles and teams as he continues to grow his knowledge in the field.

We’re excited to share the completion of Green Lake Jewelry at Northgate Station.

This one was something special. A full three-story renovation paired with a completely new exterior that was built to reflect the artistry and craftsmanship behind every piece they create.

Green Lake Jewelry is known for their one-of-a-kind, custom pieces, and that same level of detail shows up throughout the space… especially under your feet. The flooring is entirely hand-painted by their own in-house artists, turning the store itself into a true extension of their craft.

We are proud to help bring this vision to life and create a space as unique as the jewelry inside.

Every year, we have the privilege of adopting a few families from the Edmond’s Boys and Girls Club. This year we would like to recognize our office manager, Jessica Martinez, for all the hard work she put into making Christmas truly magical for these families. From organizing the gift list to shopping, wrapping, coordinating details and so much more. The effort she poured in this was extraordinary. A heart thank you as well to everyone who supported her and helped make this possible. These families are going to be absolutely blown away by your generosity!
