Have you ever felt not seen or heard as you share your feelings of grief?
I hear you. In order to heal, we have to... HAVE TO ... feel the feels. Feel the grief and allow it to Be what it is. Hard and messy and ugly at times. THAT IS OKAY!! If you are feeling deep grief and not feeling heard, reach out to me. I am hear to listen and acknowledge your grief and feelings. After I lost my son in 2008, I would call my sissy or my best friend and poor my heart out. It got so often I decided to reach out to a grief coach. She listened and heard me and allowed me to just be with my feelings without trying to fix me. Now, I am that Grief coach. God has given me the gift of being present with those who just need to be seen and heard so the healing process begins. 💕
