Next Mile Lawns LLC is looking for a full time Crew Leader (35 plus hours per week) to join our team in Edwardsville.

This position involves mowing, trimming, and helping with landscaping projects when needed.

Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Requirements:
• Strong experience in lawn care
• Must know how to operate professional equipment, especially an Exmark Turf Tracer
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a truck and trailer
• Ability to mow, trim, and assist with landscaping work
• Reliability is critical. Showing up on time and ready to work is the most important requirement
