🔥 Big transformation on this one.

We tore out the entire old kitchen and completely opened this space up — and the difference already feels unreal. From dark and dated to warm, modern, and wide open.

✔️ Full kitchen remodel
✔️ Added recessed can lighting throughout the entire room
✔️ Installed a custom chandelier centerpiece
✔️ Added 3 pendant lights above the island
✔️ Updated flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finishes throughout

The wood ceilings mixed with the black accents and lighting package completely changed the feel of this home. Still a few finishing touches left, but this one is coming together beautifully.

The customer wanted something that looked professional and could be enjoyed with friends, but still wanted to be able to use her garage as a garage when needed.

So we built a fully custom golf simulator with automatic doors that open and close at the push of a button, allowing the space to transition easily depending on how it’s being used.

For this project, LMZ Designs handled all the drywall repair and the full cabinet installation — including a custom modification to the sink base for a farmhouse apron sink.

We took care of patching the damaged areas, installing new drywall where needed, and smoothing everything out for a clean base to build off. Then we leveled and installed all the cabinets, aligned the uppers, secured the lowers, set the hardware, and custom-cut the sink opening for a perfect fit.
