John Deere zero turn mowers, push mowers, lawn roller, lawn sweep, and box blade, along with Stihl w**d trimmers, and blowers.. Lawn Boys are local and service the Dietrich, Teutopolis and Effingham area, providing timely and consistent mowing services . You will find our prices reasonable and below most lawn care services in the area, as we are a new business and understand we must first prove ourselves worthy of the opportunity to service you.. Mowing services will be provided on a one time basis or multiple times, with no contracts to sign. For every tenth mowing service our customers will earn one free mowing service. We can also provide additional services such as spraying, seeding, leveling, aerating, spring clean-ups
