By placing heavy rubber mats along equipment traffic routes, we’re able to minimize any ruts and humps from forming along the path. Around the dig site, we’ll cut out the top few inches of the turf and place it off to the side. Deeper soil that is removed is placed onto a tarp.

These practices allow us to keep the work area organized, protect the surrounding lawn, and make restoration much more efficient once the work is complete.

Our latest irrigation well was a 3 h.p. variable speed pump with control box and bladder tank at in Folsom.

Variable speed control pumps keep water pressure consistent so equipment won’t be damaged by abrupt changes in water force and the water pressure will remain strong during times of high demand.

This recent installation was a much-needed upgrade to accommodate the customer’s growing family. We replaced a combo unit with two single units that are working to soften AND pH-balance the customer’s water.

This system will prevent blue/green discoloring around fixtures, prevent heavy metals from leaching into water and protect home plumbing for years to come.

This customer was experiencing decreased water pressure, and after inspection we found the pitless adapter needed to be replaced.

The pitless adapter is essential for allowing water to leave the well and travel to your home without the risk of freezing.

Over time these adapters can become worn or corroded from using cheaper metals and can even be damaged from freezing if it was installed too shallow. We replaced this one with a new stainless steel adapter.

If you want to landscape around your well, it’s important to keep safety and accessibility in mind.

* Always keep the well cap easily accessible for future maintenance or inspections. Maintain a gentle outward slope in the grade.

* Do not use fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides within at least 100 feet of the well to prevent groundwater contamination.

* Choose plants with shallow roots like day lilies and irises.
