When you have to keep a structural post that is holding up a beam in the wall you’re removing to open up the kitchen, you have to get creative and find ways to integrate it into the new kitchen design. Here’s a mid century modern bathroom remodel we completed in La Mesa. This is one of our favorite transformations of the year, and its classic design will stand the test of time. We pushed the bathroom into the master bedroom about 12” and added a walk in closet as well. Here are some before and after pics of the project.
