We are looking for someone over the age of 25 with a clean driving record, and who is willing to give what it takes in becoming a long term employee. No experience in this field is acceptable. The starting pay is $18 an hr. You will have the opportunity to earn up to $80k a yr if you show your ability to work hard, work independently and can listen to direction.
You will be trained in the process of cleaning, sealing and repairs of pavers. Once your training is complete to our standards you will be provided a work truck, and all the equipment needed to run your own crew.
Work hours do fluctuate, depending on size of job. We do not leave till the customers job is done. On occasion their are jobs that require night and Saturday work. Full compensation for those rare times are taken into account. Normal hours are 7 to 330 on weekdays.
