Did something new here too. Smart hub for a water alarm. One at the water heater. One at the washing machine.

These houses leak. Third floor. If you’re not home and it starts coming down, that’s gonna suck.

This one hits the phone if there’s a water issue.

Wrapping up this install next to Singing Hills Golf Course. Old system was just dead. Swapped it for new AC Pro.

Coil. Furnace. Filter rack underneath. Outdoor unit’s in.

Out with the 1982 furnace, in with a new AC system! We rerouted lines, upgraded the filter grill, and installed a smart thermostat. Even with temporary power, the system is already working its magic during this huge remodel.

Huge remodel in progress and the AC is already humming! We leveled the ground for this unit, making sure it's quiet and out of the way. Glad this was done before everything was buttoned up – it would have been impossible later. Project complete!

First time for me. Called out on a Lennox. Fan motor was screaming. Pulled the blower and found a dead snake wrapped in the wheel.
