‼️ TAKING APPLICATIONS ‼️

Edit to add* Job based out of El Doado Springs MO.

We are currently taking applications and doing interviews for telecom lineman and ground hands. Also looking for a CDL driver who can operate a digger truck when needed. (Class A or B without restrictions)

Ground hands no experience required. We can train you but experience is a huge bonus.

Telecomm Lineman experience is preferred, however we will train the right candidate if none with experience apply.

CDL driver can be trained to run digger but preferred someone with at least a year of driving experience with a clean driving record.

🔘Must be at least 18 years old.
🔘Must be able to pass a drug test.
🔘Willing to travel if and when needed.
🔘Clean driving records are a bonus.
🔘Must be able to work weekends if needed.
🔘Must be willing to be on call as needed.

This is not and will never be a 9-5 job. Some days are long, some are short. These are 1099 positions. Pay is based on multiple factors.

Happy Birthday to one of our amazing owners, Jeffery Robison! It takes a team to build a business and you’re sure a strong leg of that team bring years of experience and knowledge to our guys and always willing to teach those who are willing to learn. We couldn’t do this without you!

Also, Happy Birthday to Austin Linderman! Our FIRST employee when this all started a little over a year ago! You bring new ideas and experience to the table and we are so grateful you trusted us enough to go on this crazy journey!

On February 13,2024 Jeff, Matt and myself decided to give this whole business thing a try. One year ago today M&J Fiber Optics LLC became an actual business.

It's no secret that it has been a bumpy ride, but they always say the first year is the hardest. Well boys, WE MADE IT! Thanks to everything our crew does day in and day out, M&J Fiber will live to go into its second year of business.
