Finally wrapping up this really neat custom home and turning it over to some of the other trades. We framed and sheeted it like a traditional house, but it gets a custom "Country Elegant" touch from the steel siding and roofing and Timber Frame front porch. Built in collaboration with Kansas Barn and Home and Lake Construction LLC. Features include garage loft storage, and 2 porches, as well as an angled back and front.

Nearing completion of our portion of this homebuild. Got some porch concrete, porch ceiling and front entry door left to set later in construction.

Putting the finishing touches on this one-of-a-kind Derby KS custom barn with attached greenhouse. Features include sealed heated Concrete floors with floor drains, backup heating and cooling systems, backup NG generator, custom doors and sliding windows, frost black roof and trims, and accents.
