Customer had a leak coming in from the OLD SWAMP COOLER . Decking was damaged and completely ROTTED , the OLD AC was rusted out and barley hanging on for dear life, the ROOF JACK was installed the wrong way. The rest of the roof wasn’t PASSED by a City Inspector .
The previous company who did this work knew what they did wrong and left the customers in a tight spot. Now we might have to do their whole roof all over again and do the work 💯% ourselves the CORRECT WAY !

Before you hire a contractor make sure they know what they are doing , ask LOTS of questions 👍 Ask for pictures of before and after 👍
