🚨 Project Award Announcement 🚨

We’re excited to announce that James & Luther, Inc., has been selected to perform utility relocation work for El Paso Water’s Pure Water Center — a first-of-its-kind direct potable reuse facility in the region.

Delivered by PCL Construction and Sundt Construction, this $295 million project will provide up to 10 million gallons per day of purified drinking water directly into El Paso’s system.

We’re proud to support El Paso’s future with resilient, sustainable water solutions.

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our dear friend, Randy Caylor.

He earned respect the old-fashioned way: through hard work, humility, and heart.
