Vin Fraga is a four-story, 65,099 sq. ft. multifamily apartment building constructed using Type V-A construction with R occupancy and 1-hour tenant separations per NFPA 13 standards. This 34-unit development offers a modern residential experience and includes an underground parking garage to maximize site efficiency.

As General Contractor and project partner, ECOM Construction delivered full-scope services for this new construction project. The building design features tiered levels ranging from 4,783 sq. ft. to 17,158 sq. ft., with layout and fire separation aligned to architectural specifications. Clean lines, integrated balconies, and a modern façade reflect the project’s urban character.
