We are looking for a skilled Landscape Maintenance worker to perform tasks to maintain a clean and neat appearance for both residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of each property and ensuring all tasks are completed during service visits. Being reliable and detailed are important factors of this job. The ideal candidate will have general landscape maintenance experience. Irrigation repair knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Mowing, edging, blowing, minor pruning, debris removal, w**ding.
Maintaining rock bed areas.
Participate in irrigation checks on properties.
Keeping machinery clean and cared for.
Keeping vehicles and trailers neat and clean.
Communicate identified property needs with supervisor/manager.
Report to a maintenance manager for issues.
Utilize mobile device app for time tracking purposes.

Skills:

Landscape and landscape maintenance machinery knowledge.
Irrigation systems and irrigation repair a plus.
Experience using landscape and landscape maintenance tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina.
High school diploma or equivalent.
