Courtesy information only: I was informed by our postal carrier that new community mailboxes have been installed for residents on Desert Willow Drive, Sagebush Circle, and Purple Sage Court.
The mailboxes are located on Flager Street, just north of Shawnee Lane (see photos).
Mail delivery to these boxes is scheduled to begin Monday, March 30. Residents on the streets listed above may begin picking up their mailbox keys starting tomorrow at the Sandy Creek Post Office.
I advised the carrier that I would share this information with the neighborhood, as I have not yet seen an official notice distributed. If you would like official confirmation or additional details, please contact the Sandy Creek Post Office directly.
I recognize this may raise additional questions. My intent is simply to ensure neighbors are informed in the absence of a formal notification...mike

In addition to regular HOA business, we will host an important informational class on the benefits of filing a Texas Transfer on Death Deed (TODD).

A Texas Transfer on Death Deed (TODD) in El Paso County is a legal document that allows real estate owners to transfer property directly to named beneficiaries upon their passing — avoiding probate. The deed is recorded with the El Paso County Clerk’s Office, keeps full ownership rights with the property owner during their lifetime, and can be revoked at any time.

This session will help homeowners better understand how a TODD can simplify property transfer and protect families from unnecessary legal complications.

We encourage all homeowners to attend and take advantage of this valuable information.
