Another bathroom transformation complete ✔️

We took this outdated bathroom and turned it into a spacious modern shower while keeping the beautiful traditional Mexican 6x6 tile our client loved.

Details matter:
• Demo process to accommodate new constructions finishes and ADA SPECS
•Framing modifications for wood blocking and support
• Modified plumbing lines
• New shower drain location
• Waterproof walk-in shower system with all requested finishes, including tape, bed, texture and paint in required areas.
• Full height tile installation
• ADA grab bar installation

For this bathroom renovation, our client wanted a fresh, open feel while still honoring the character of the home. We preserved the traditional 6x6 Mexican-style tile with vibrant colors and paired it with a modern walk-in shower design.

Scope of work included:
•Demolition process to accommodate new construction finishes and ADA specs.
• Modification of plumbing lines
• Relocation of the shower drain
• New waterproof sheeting for the walk-in shower with all required finishes, including tape, bed, texture and paint in required areas.
• Full height tile installation
• New grout and tile throughout
•ADA grab bar installation
