We had a fantastic time cleaning up after these little devils. All duct destroyed. Unit was stripped of insulation, full of f***s, a huge mound of dirt and trash piled over the ducting under the building, and man did they spray. Must have been a huge skunk party going on. Next time might we suggest calling our good buddies at Varmint Arrestors!

We had our first experience changing out of of these new style blower assemblies in a 15 ton package unit. I seriously question the engineers when they considered access to these.

This one was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. Little extra man power to get it swapped out and some cool air back in the building.

We have been extremely busy, but we still take time to train and update our skills. New freons coming out, air quality treatment changes, more precise installation procedures. The boys also attended classes for proper brazing technique and field repair of aluminum coils. The field is changing rapidly and we want to stay current.

Need individual to focus on light commercial and residential maintenance. We are accepting applications for Journeyman technician with vocational training to grow our team. Must have a clean driving record, able to pass background and drug tests. Must be fully licensed. Be proficient in, service and installation. Need to be reliable, understand quality work, and have a personal pride in your work. Pay is dependent on skill level. Bonuses and commissions available in addition to hourly wages.
