Slippery Elm is labeled as "Throat Coat" in the tea section of the grocery store. It once helped me completely relieve and recover from STREP in just a few hours. I swear by it, but tired of buying it online! It can be found here locally, so if you identify one, let me know and I'll help you harvest some native "Throat Coat" tea! :)
