We hope everyone had a great winter!
As everyone who has received a quote from us so far is aware, we've made some changes for the upcoming year.
The goal is to increase quality of service while decreasing downtime due to unexpected maintenance and weather.
WE ARE NOT RAISING OUR PRICES FROM LAST YEAR AND THERE IS STILL NO CONTRACT.
The most notable change that will affect current customers is billing frequency.
Rather than invoicing for each individual service, invoices will be sent out once a month on the 30th.
Schedules will be created this weekend, prioritizing returning customers. Afterwards, we will be sending out quotes for new customer requests.
