🔨🌳☀️ While we wait for materials to be delivered on another project, we're keeping the crew busy and moving on to the next one!
We're starting by removing this existing sunroom due to severe foundation rot and structural deterioration. Once demolition is complete, we'll be replacing it with a beautiful 12' x 18' balcony built with premium Trex composite decking materials for long-lasting durability and low maintenance.
This new balcony will not only provide a safe and structurally sound outdoor space, but it will also completely transform the appearance of the home and give the homeowners a place to enjoy for many years to come.
Stay tuned as we take this project from demolition to completion. More updates coming soon!

🌳☀️Another outdoor living project in the works by O.G Renovations
This project will feature a beautiful deck built with Voyage Deckorators composite materials, 2 entrances to the deck, post cap lighting, and white composite railing with black aluminum spindles for a clean modern look.
Right next to the deck, we’ll be installing a 12x16 Unilock paver patio featuring seating benches, pillars, and lighting integrated into the benches and pillars to bring the whole backyard together.

This project features:
• Treated wood materials
• Black aluminum balusters & post caps
• Step riser lighting
• Aluminum gate
• Black vinyl lattice with storage access door underneath the deck
• One set of stairs connecting to the existing deck
• One landing stepping down onto a concrete slab into the yard

Built clean, strong, and ready for summer. ☀️
Side note: The homeowner will be completing the decorative gravel around the pool to finish off the space.

🌳☀️Saturday mornings look a little different around here.
While most people are sleeping in, we’re already hauling debris, cleaning up job sites, and getting ready for the next project. 💪
At O.G Renovations LLC we’re always moving, always building, and always working to keep our customers’ projects on schedule. From deck demos,or builds to patio installs, there’s never a slow day around here.

🌳☀️Pool deck coming along just in time for Memorial Day 🇺🇸
This project is featuring treated wood materials with black aluminum balusters and post caps for a clean modern look. The deck will include post skirting, one set of stairs connecting into the existing deck, and another staircase leading down to the yard landing on a concrete slab.
To finish it off, we’ll also be installing stair lighting for added safety and a sharp nighttime appearance. 🔥
