I'm pleased to announce that house flip #7 is officially completed. The Greco team, along with Alaina and Gavin, were all hands on deck during the remodeling process. Located right in the heart of Schaumburg, this project transformed an older home into something truly special. I like to call it the Carlton Lane haven, as I instantly fell for its stunning yard. A brand new spacious patio now overlooks this beautiful outdoor space, making it ideal for families with children.

Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully addressed, from the bright and airy kitchen filled with new stainless steel appliances to the large island that’s perfect for entertaining friends and family. The first floor boasts a cozy family room and a dining area that opens up to the lovely yard.

Upstairs, you’ll find three generous bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. The lower level features a sizable family room, a laundry area, and another full bath – all beautifully remodeled. I had the pleasure of meeting the homeowners and capturing the stunning results of their bathroom remodel. It's always a delight to chat with them!

They aimed to keep the original layout while elevating the space. The Greco team excelled at reimagining the area, creating a calm, spa-like retreat with upgraded materials, better lighting, and smart storage solutions.

Key transformations included replacing the shower and glass door, adding beautiful new tiles, removing the bulky whirlpool bath, and introducing a soothing soaker tub. The new vanity and mirrors add the perfect finishing touch to this serene spa-like bathroom retreat.

Project: A brand new residential roof!

This week, we're excited to launch another roofing project—our fourth this month! What an amazing way to kick off May!

Shout out to the roofers they were on the job bright and early. You can really see the commitment and effort that the roofing crew puts into their craft. They take great pride in what they do, and their teamwork truly stands out as they collaborate so smoothly and effectively, as seen in the video.

What an incredibly productive day and week.The roofer began working on the third roof of the week. This week’s tasks include one commercial roof and two residential ones. It's really impressive to see these guys handle the roofing projects.

Today's work focused on taking out the old shingles, plywood, and any insulation that was damaged.

After that, they’ll put in new plywood and shingles.

On a related note, it’s usually not required to take out the attic insulation during a roof replacement unless it shows clear signs of damage from water, mold, or pests.
