WE ARE HIRING! 🚨

Core Construction is looking for a skilled Field Carpenter / Laborer to join us in the Rochester, MN area.

💰 $28–$45/hr based on experience
🛻 Company truck provided
📈 Benefits options available
⏱️ Steady schedule + overtime pay

We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of a task, and deliver quality work without needing constant supervision.

Our projects cover a little bit of everything, excavation and site prep, concrete, framing, finish work, and custom residential/light commercial construction.

What we’re looking for:
• Solid construction experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using a laser level
• Able to think ahead and keep a job moving
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
