• Set doors to be blocked to and filled
• Demo old office for extra dining space
• Demo walls and add steel beams for maximizing opening sizes
• Metal framing
• Install FRP for office
• PVC trim for office

Full exterior and interior remodel and we didnt skip a thing! Exterior we have a new roof, windows, doors, siding, back deck, front porch railing. Interior we did all new flooring, vanitys, fixtures, switches, receptacles. Countertops and tile backspash in the works. As always we are thankful for the business from our team of investors, agents and sub contractors for ideas and the opportunity on another wonderful transformation.

Its been a busy few months but we are getting very close to moving our homeowners in.

Weeksville home has cabinets, trim, flooring, fixtures, finish paint getting done now, exterior is finished minus the screen door for back porch thats being shipped

Tyner home is at the same stage as the home in Weeksville but lights are on in Tyner

Garage in Weeksville and home improvements are nearly completed waiting on back garage door to come in and concrete, siding going up on the house, soon we will build new decks in the front and back

Downtown condo is completed and move in ready

Okisko remodel is completed, we just got the final inspection

Commercial offices remodels are completed and ready for work
