Another amazing transformation completed by Chelo Wood Floors Sanding & Refinishing Inc.

This two-story home in Staten Island, NY had carpet throughout the first and second floors. After removing all the carpet, we discovered three different types of wood, including pine on the second floor and a different hardwood on the stairs and first floor.

We carefully sanded every surface, blending the different wood species as smoothly as possible. The homeowners chose a Natural color with a Water-Based Satin Finish, giving the floors a clean, timeless, and elegant look.

FROM CARPET TO BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS ✨

One of the best ways to save your hardwood floors is to refinish them instead of replacing them.

This floor was previously covered with carpet. After the carpet was removed, we found an old pine hardwood floor that was worn and damaged over time.

We sanded it, kept it natural, and brought it back to life.

🔥 INCREDIBLE HARDWOOD FLOOR TRANSFORMATION! 🔥

This hardwood floor was in very poor condition. It had been covered with cardboard flooring, and the floor was not properly cleaned before it was installed.

After a complete sanding process, we applied a stain that helped blend and reduce many of the existing marks and discoloration. We then finished it with a satin water-based polyurethane, giving the floor a beautiful, natural look and long-lasting protection.

**This hardwood floor was fully sanded to remove the old oil-based finish.
We sanded the floors, stairs, and handrails completely, bringing the wood back to life.
