Hey, All! I know I'm posting late, so hopefully you all see this at some point. So, the last few days (and a bit last week) I have been getting calls from many of you regarding your furnace appts. The answer is "yes". 😅 I do have you on. I will be getting to confirming or adjusting those appts soon. We will be starting those appts in mid-October as you fall on the rotation. If you absolutely need it sooner for whatever reason, please let me know. We appreciate those to be "as needed" time slots as we are still working through AC appts and install contracts. I do appreciate all of you being so patient, as you have been! Some of you already know we've had a very large install project that has occupied LOT (ok most of) our summer this year 😬😬😬 so we are still trudging through some of that. Hoping to get it wrapped up in a couple weeks here. 🤞 I do have some time frames carved out for any needs that come up if you need a service call we absolutely can do it.

Hey, Friends! Happy Tuesday! (Or...Monday 2.0?) 😅 I hope not, I haven't even started yet.
I've been experiencing a very high call volume lately, especially over the past week! At some points I believe I have multiple calls coming in simultaneously, which also includes spam calls. 🤦‍♀️ If you have been trying to call me and don't get through, please if you're able to shoot me a text in addition to a voicemail! I had roughly 3 moments yesterday morning that I saw a call come through that I recognize (I try to save your names once you call) and as I answer it I wind up talking to a solicitor. They are pretty ruthless lately (and I know the more often they get a call through, the more often they call 🙄....that was the nice thing about utilizing an answering service, they would screen those calls for me) so I apologize if I didn't get back to you immediately after hanging up with them. I've noticed when I get a slow moment in my day and try to go back to double check calls, sometimes one will reveal itself that I missed.
Don't you just love technology? 🥴
Looks like we may be getting a bit of a cool down these next few days, but the wildfire smoke appears to be moving in as well. Keep those filters on hand and clean! Let me know if you need more!

Hey, Folks! Hope you're fairing well in this heat! I think I sownt too much time in it the last couple days and didn't drink enough water so I am a bit slow moving today. I am working but needing to lay down every so often as I'm feeling dizzy still. Please let me know how we can help, I'm trying to function. 🤣

Hey, Folks! Is this Monday over yet? 😅 I feel like we've had "Monday" for three days in a row! 🥵 I know I say this quite a bit, but also don't ever feel it's enough to THANK YOU, our amazing clients, for being so accommodating and patient with us! I am about comlete navigating the rest of the calendar for July and August so you will be getting calls ro texts soon to confirm your appts if you havent had them already. I do need just a bit more time to make sure eveuthing stays how it is.
We did have a bit of a fiasco this morning when Dan brought one of the vans into the shop to get new brakes.

Apparently something happened in the midst of all that and it ended up throwing "check engine" lights and pretty much just one issue after another! So, they will need his van for at least another day or so to get it back on the road. Once I was notified of this I had to scramble to bring the other van to him (which also needs work done on it, but at least is driveable) so he could do at least a few of the calls today and tomorrow. Hopefully we will know some time tomorrow how things look on it, but we are still trucking along, just had a little speed bump to get over.
Then when that van is done we can finally get the other one in for what we know it needs and we will be back in full action.

Also, we will be closed on Friday this week to have a little down time and celebrate July 4th weekend! Dan has been working several days straight so we decided he deserved a little longer weekend. We are back on Monday!

Happy Monday! 😅 In the midst of my catching up I did want to take a minute and give a humongous THANK YOU to our team and all others out there!
Today is National HVAC Technician Day 🙌 🙌
To Dan our owner, Dustin Morrison our full-time tech, Elyjah our install tech, Loagen & Zach our part-time interns thank you for ALL your hard work! Hard work, dedication, motivation to learn and grow with us you have all shown!

Sorry, folks, I don't have pics just yet, but when I am able to summit this mountain I will get some posts together to spotlight the amazing crew we have built over the last couple years so you can see who will be showing up at your door before they show up. 😉
In the meantime we appreciate all the love and compliments you show them when they come into your home to help you! I am the only one that truly gets to "sit still" in the office, for the most part, so I love hearing all the stories they tell me of how much fun they have meeting and working with all of you! 🥰

We at Tradesman Heating & Air would like to wish all Father's/ Father figures a Happy Father's Day!

We had quite the week last week. We were out of town for the wedding of Dan's little sister! So happy and proud of her, we absolutely adore her new husband! The week prior to that I had learned of the sudden passing of an uncle of mine and they scheduled the funeral/ family services the Monday and Tuesday prior to the wedding (our original planned trip). Luckily these events were taking place around the same geographical area (as many of you know Dan and I went to HS together so still have many family members in that area). Due to that convenience and the timing we decided for me to fly up a few days early so I could attend the funeral, Dan stuck to the original travel plan and met me at his mom's house and we proceeded to attend the wedding this past weekend.

I may need a couple days this week to regroup and get things cleaned up. I do have several messages and emails to still check. I kept up on them as best as I could, but I still feel like it's a bit of a mess so I appreciate patience from all of you as I work to get reorganized! Hopefully I can catch up fairly quickly, but I may need to move a few things around as we do have a handful of large jobs still to schedule with contractors that are now saying they are ready for us.

Hey, Neighbors! Happy Thursday! I just wanted to let you know that next week will be quite the rollercoaster for us. We have some family obligations to take care of, but will be running our scheduled calls as they are right now. However, we may not be able to do many (or any) emergency calls. I will be somewhat unreachable on Mon and Tues next week as I have a funeral to attend.
Wed-Fri I can take some calls, it will be spotty, but service calls will need to wait until the following week, unfortunately as we will be attending a wedding over the weekend that our kids are involved in so we need to be present and help out. (See? Rollercoaster! 😅)

Very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Please make sure you have plenty of filters on hand to change in the event you do have a struggling system. We do have a couple companies we can refer you to if you absolutely cannot wait. We appreciate your patience and loyalty to us!

Don't forget to wish this guy a Happy Birthday today! Shoot him a text, blow up his phone! 😆 (jk, he is working today so he won't respond). Since it's the middle of the week it will be pretty low-key, but his "big" gift this year is us going to the Morgan Wallen concert this weekend. 😃
Basically because Brooks & Dunn are opening for him and he's been wanting terribly bad to see them in concert.
