" We called Elizabeth Heating when our heater wasn't pumping heat according to the thermostat. They told us they'll arrive around noon but arrive an hour earlier. They quickly identified the problem as a heater maintenance issue and resolved it. They are very fairly priced and did not charge after completion like other companies. They told us to ensure the heater was working properly and they'll invoice us. Never have I seen any business with that kind of guarantee for their work and customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them for future work and recommend to others. "

After calling a few companies recommended via a community Facebook group, I wasn’t very impressed with the exaggerated rates to even show up, and the next to nothing customer service so I decided to do my own research via Google, and called Ralphy based on his reviews. Immaculate service, work ethic and pricing is what Ralphy extends to his clients.

They came the same day (within two hours of call), inspected my unit for almost an hour and provided me a quote, which was super reasonable. I am super pleased and they have a client in me for life. "

" My AC gave out and my guy who I usually go to wasn't available so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Ralphy was punctual, friendly and professional. While the price was a pretty penny it was fair even my regular guy said it was good.
He was extremely informative and made sure any questions I had were addressed. He made sure I didn't pay a cent until I was happy with the result.

I'll definitely be contacting him again in the future.. very very far future hopefully! "

" Our AC unit stopped working yesterday and we definitely felt the heat in our home. Luckily, when we called they had a cancellation and were able to come over for an estimate the same day.

Turns out we needed a new capacitor for our unit and they were able to replace it immediately - they were here for under an hour.
