Infinity Home Solutions partnering with R&M Construction Services, removed this pergola that was a complete safety concern.
These folks were had by a contractor that clearly should not be building structures.
Projects like these are what put a bad taste in people’s mouths for contractors. We strive to change that perception.
They now have a beautiful, and more importantly, safe pergola to enjoy.

It’s difficult to quantify the amount of work that went into this home. We were hired to install a set of stairs to allow access to this 1949 house. It had a set of stairs, but could only get to the from outside the house.
When we opened the walls up, we found that the entire floor was dug down at some point. The house was at risk of failing into the basement because there wasn’t anything holding the soil back. One of the main functions of a foundation wall.
Engineer was brought in and the decision was made to add a secondary foundation wall inside the original one. Lots of buckets. Lots of dirt and eventually we had a structurally sound house again.
We then continued the original plan of framing in stairs.
Since we had to remove all the exterior walls for the foundation work, we also extended the living space into an otherwise unused storage room that had a dirt floor. French drain added. Concrete put back then we finished it out.
It took a lot longer than anyone had hoped, and ended up costing a lot more too, but ultimately the house is now safe, the the customer is delighted with the new living space as a result.

Spent the last couple days raising the roof on this one.
Garage addition was built and new trusses over the top of this 1940’s flat roof garage.
Took out the original roof, beam and support post to open this space and gain a foot of height. Rewired everything and installed the garage door opener.
Win.

Revisited this fireplace and kitchen project to install some oak butcher block shelves we fabricated and finished. Really ties these spaces up nicely!

This was a fun structural project for a very cool customer. They were ecstatic to get rid of this wall after eight years of living with the “jail bars” 😂🤣
