Super Superior Services is Now Seeking On-Call Plow Drivers & Shovelers for 2022/2023 Winter Season

*Especially for Tomorrows Snow Storm 11/17-11/18!*

Are you in search of a non-traditional work environment? Want to work for a fun, family owned, snow removal company? Yes!? Then do we have the perfect job opportunity for you!

We are now Seeking reliable, motivated, and hard working individuals to add to our snow team. Whenever there’s snow, we’re on the go. Our company is responsible for the plowing, shoveling, and ice removal of commercial properties in the Southlands, Elizabeth, and Parker area. Most work hours will occur overnight into the early morning. Mostly 12AM start time. This is a physically and mentally demanding job, not made out for everyone.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Operating a plow-truck, SkidSteer, or shovel to remove snow
* Safely Piling Snow in Designated Areas
* Traveling from property to property driving safely in winter conditions
* Spreading Ice Melt in all trafficked areas
* Clearing walkways of snow via shovel
* Navigating snow covered properties with caution and care to avoid property damage
* Waking up at any hour to a phone call and being ready and willing to work
* Working in severe winter conditions and cold temperatures

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Personal Reliable Transportation
* Valid Colorado Drivers License (for truck operators only)
* Must be insurable (for truck operators only)
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs sometimes repeatedly
* Ability to move plies of snow manually and/or with equipment
* Ability to work in severe cold winter conditions
* Ability to drive comfortably in winter conditions
* Ability to work long hours, sometimes for days in a row

Pay starting at $20 an hour and increases with experience. This is 1099 employment. An On-Call job - If It snows, we are working.
