City of Sacramento building department issued my clients a full remodel permit for this duplex. Dangerous housing claimed we exceeded the scope and stopped the job. Well, it took 4 months.... but Between the dangerous housing department, the building department, our Architect and engineers, we finally have new set of plans approved and this place can finally get finished and rented out.
Going to be brand new units when we finish.

ADU Update! Moving right along. Our highly skilled sub contractors are hard at work with foundation and underfloor plumbing. Next week we will pour the slab and be ready to frame walls. 🤩😍

Unofficial day 1 of ADU project.
15 years ago we added over 2000 sf to this beautiful Arden park home. It still looks incredible.
Now all these years later we are building them a small home in the rear yard.
Great design with kitchen, living room, bedroom with closet, and nice bathroom with laundry hookups.
Love repeat clients. ❤️ Its like family.
