We’re kicking off our first round of fertilizer and w**d control applications today — which means the 2026 lawn season is officially here.

This first application is all about:
✔️ Waking your lawn up from winter
✔️ Getting nutrients down for early growth
✔️ Applying pre-emergent to help prevent crabgrass before it starts

If you’re on our route, keep an eye out — you’ll be receiving a notification the day before we arrive through our LMN system, along with a service report left behind after your application.

We’re getting everything dialed in for the upcoming lawn care season. 🌱

Big thank you to Respec Vehicle wraps & Graphics and Tri-State Coatings, LLC that helped us get our enclosed trailers ready to roll this spring. The logos look great and the new flooring will help keep our equipment protected and clean as we head into another busy season.

🌱 We’re Hiring – Lawn Care Crew Member 🌱

Highland Landscaping is looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our lawn care crew for the upcoming season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a local company.

💰 Starting Pay: $17/hr
💰 Seasonal / Quarterly Performance Bonuses
❄️ Snow removal opportunities in winter
📈 Year-round pay potential for the right person
👍 Benefits can be discussed after 90 days

Primary Job Duties:
• Mowing residential and commercial lawns using zero-turn mowers
• Trimming and edging around landscaping, sidewalks, and obstacles
• Blowing off sidewalks, patios, and driveways after service
• Safely operating trucks, trailers, and lawn equipment
• Maintaining clean equipment and keeping trucks/trailers organized
• Working efficiently as part of a team to complete daily routes

Requirements:
• Must be 21+
• Valid driver’s license
• DOT Medical Card (or willing to obtain — we can help)
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to handle physical outdoor work

We’re not just looking for someone for a few months — we want someone who wants to grow with the company and take pride in the work they do.

✔ Day-Before Service Notification
You’ll receive a notice the day before we apply fertilizer, so you know exactly when we’ll be there.

✔ Service Report Left Behind
After each visit, we’ll leave a service report at your property outlining:
• What was applied
