As pool season gets into full swing, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for your patience and support.

This is our busiest time of year, and our team is working long days to help as many customers as possible. With only two service crews and a high volume of openings, repairs, and service requests, we are doing everything we can to keep up while still providing the quality service you deserve.

Please know that every phone call, voicemail, email, text, and service ticket is reviewed and prioritized. We are not ignoring anyone—we simply have more requests than available hands at the moment.

📞 If we’re unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail. We’ve noticed an increase in back-to-back calls without messages being left. We are often assisting customers in-store, on other calls, or coordinating service schedules. Leaving a voicemail helps us return your call more quickly and ensures no one gets missed.

We truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding during this busy season. As a local family-owned business, every member of our team is giving it their all, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Today, we pause to remember the true meaning of Memorial Day.

While many of us spend the weekend by the pool, with family, good food, and sunshine… we never want to forget that this freedom came at a cost. Today is about honoring and remembering the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️

To all who have served, to the families who carry the weight of that sacrifice every day, and to those we have lost, we thank you. Your courage and selflessness will never be forgotten.

Backyard Pools will be closing early on Saturday, May 23rd so our hardworking team can enjoy some well-deserved time with their families this Memorial Day weekend. ❤️

🚪 Closed Monday for Memorial Day
