As pool season gets into full swing, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for your patience and support.
This is our busiest time of year, and our team is working long days to help as many customers as possible. With only two service crews and a high volume of openings, repairs, and service requests, we are doing everything we can to keep up while still providing the quality service you deserve.
Please know that every phone call, voicemail, email, text, and service ticket is reviewed and prioritized. We are not ignoring anyone—we simply have more requests than available hands at the moment.
📞 If we’re unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail. We’ve noticed an increase in back-to-back calls without messages being left. We are often assisting customers in-store, on other calls, or coordinating service schedules. Leaving a voicemail helps us return your call more quickly and ensures no one gets missed.
