Here is a project we have been working on for a while now. This 1903 home on Beulah was one of the original estates on the lake. The current owners are the 3rd family to have owned it and are restoring it back to its glory. We are keeping a lot of the original home, doing a lot of maintenance and restoration, along with a new front entry. We are also adding a large addition that will include a new kitchen, butlers pantry, laundry, boat prep room, master bedroom, and office over a garage. The home was lifted and foundation repaired and a new inside access to the basement was built. The design team has done a great job choosing materials that are all period correct which will make the new areas seamlessly match with the old. We are excited to see this progress.
