J. Timothy Builders, Inc. We are a Custom Home Design/ Build company that specializes in beautiful lake homes. From concept to completion, our clients notice the difference.

Back in 2000, we struggled to find custom homebuilders who provided a quality product at a competitive price -- so we used our engineering and construction experience to become just that. Twenty years later, we still love what we do, and we want the process to be just as enjoyable for our clients. We’re on a mission to keep your best interests in mind as we collaborate with other small businesses that will do the same. You can rest assured that each project employs only the finest materials and the closest attention to detail, realized through personalized services that allow you to balance designing your beautiful new house with life, work, and family. Together, we’ll bring that gorgeous, one-of-a-kind home to life.
