I have been WAITING for this floor plan!

This is Dorothy from Ramm Construction (big sister to the popular Dotty ranch plan). And this is the first time we have built it for the public.

Dorothy is currently being built in my new favorite neighborhood, Blue Sage Creek, and it sits on a walkout lot that is perfect for a future pool.

For the first time in 2 years, I’m lucky enough to list the popular Dotty Ranch floor plan from Omaha’s 4th generation home builder - Ramm Construction.

The reason I haven’t been able to market this home south of Dodge for so long is because it always gets snagged up before we get to put it on the market!

Some selections can still be made, so message me soon. My guess is Dotty won’t be available for much longer in the beautiful Harvest Creek neighborhood.
