Nothing is better than coming home to a cool, non-humid house. Thank you to Pinnacle Heating and Cooling and Eric for making sure we would be comfortable when we got home from our vacation. Everything from getting a quick diagnosis to discussing best options to installing a new AC and furnace while we were out of town -- was seamless. Not only do we have a nice, cool house -- but Eric went above and beyond to help us solve our problem of keeping our 3rd level at the temp we want it. Thank you for everything! Bigger is not ALWAYS better. This homeowner did not like the way the Heat Pump operated and decided to install an Air Conditioner with his Gas Furnace. Pinnacle has been busy! This DELIGHTED customer installed a new Trane XR17 Air Conditioner, Indoor Coil, and Thermostat. No more loud or bothersome unit outside the kitchen window. The homeowner stated they felt the cool air but could not hear the unit so they went outside just to make sure. Sure enough, it was operating quietly! Wahoo!
