We are looking for an experienced and responsible landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers. The landscaper will be responsible for ensuring the growth and vibrancy of our lawns, plants, flowers, and maintenance of manicured landscapes. As crew chief, candidate will be responsible for motivating the crew, making educated decisions, and following a schedule to ensure work is being completed in a timely manner. The candidate will be expected to work outdoors in a mix of weather conditions.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Valid Driver’s License
-Pass Drug test/Background check
-Must be 18 years of age
-Able to work independently
-Prior landscaping/lawn care or horticulture experience
-Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to operate tractors, skid-steers, lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
-NCDA pesticides license (recommended)
-Commercial Driver’s License (recommended)
