Putting the finishing touches on Mike and Ciara’s exterior project and this place is really coming together 👌

We wrapped up the pool deck with some texture enhancer from Decocrete followed by a couple coats of sealer to really make the color and detail pop while adding long-term protection.

Big shoutout to Chris Kiess over at Kiess Excavating for coming out and knocking out the hydroseed to finish this one off the right way 🌱

The last couple weeks have definitely kept us busy — and we couldn’t be more thankful for it! From garage floors and building slabs to driveways and even a decorative project, we’ve had the opportunity to do a little bit of everything lately.

We especially want to thank all of our repeat customers who continue to call and trust us for their projects time and time again. That support means more than you know, and we truly appreciate everyone who recommends us, shares our name, and keeps us busy.

Another project wrapped up at Mike and Ciara’s beautiful new home 👌

This additional work included river gravel for all the flower beds, fresh topsoil, and grading/reshaping the front, back, and side yard to bring everything together and compliment the concrete work we previously completed.

It’s crazy what a little grading and cleanup can do to add to an already amazing home.

We’re incredibly thankful to Mike and Ciara for continuing to trust Simon Concrete Solutions with their project from start to finish. Support like this means everything to a small business.

On this new construction project, we completed the stamped pool surround, sidewalks, steps, building slab, and driveway—helping turn a brand-new build into a finished home.

New construction, new driveway, and a job well done

We recently wrapped up a driveway for a new build, along with the porch and garage to tie everything together. Big shoutout to Chris at Kiess Excavating for laying the groundwork and setting us up for success.

Even with Mother Nature trying to slow us down, we pushed through and delivered a clean, durable finish for Mrs. Brenda’s new home.

Another solid upgrade in the books 

We recently completed a full demo and replacement of a set of concrete steps and sidewalk for a local customer—and the transformation speaks for itself.

The original steps and walkway were worn, uneven, and starting to become a safety concern. Our blended team handled everything from tear-out to finishing, installing brand-new steps and a smooth, durable sidewalk built to last through every season. Huge shout out to Material and Labor Solutions for spear heading the demo and removal on this one.  

Now, not only is the space safer and more functional, but it also gives the property a clean, refreshed look from the street.
