For years, Force TK has served as a training hub for technicians across the Western region and beyond.

More recently, our Charlotte and Tolleson locations hosted Thermo King training sessions focused on the latest equipment, technology and service updates.

By bringing expert-led education closer to our teams, we help our techs continue building their skills and stay ahead of industry advancements.

Precision and craftsmanship have taken Samuel Guerrero Ortega from Installer to Thermo King Technician Expert Installer in El Paso, Texas.

Along the way, he’s broadened his experience through APU repairs and stepped up to help train new installers. His next goal is to lead installations and mentor even more technicians coming up behind him.

Michael Parker retired at the end of 2025, but the impact he left on our Delmar operation is still felt today.

During his 25 years with Force TK, Michael helped build a strong operation through hard work, earned trust and a willingness to pass down what he knew.

Since joining us in 2020, Jesse Irvine has advanced from Installer/Technician to Shop Foreman in Tolleson, where he now oversees the install area, guides workflow and supports 11 techs across the shop.

From mentoring team members to solving complex repair challenges, Jesse plays an important role in developing both people and performance.

📍 Thermo Kin Mountaineer in Charleston, WV
📍 Triad Thermo King in Greensboro, NC

This marks a new chapter of growth 🚀. With this acquisition, TK West, Chesapeake & Central Carolinas are now Force TK. Force TK now has 13 locations across the United States to better serve our customers. This marks a new chapter of growth. 👏
