Since joining us in 2020, Jesse Irvine has advanced from Installer/Technician to Shop Foreman in Tolleson, where he now oversees the install area, guides workflow and supports 11 techs across the shop.

From mentoring team members to solving complex repair challenges, Jesse plays an important role in developing both people and performance.
