At Elbo Backhoe & Hauling, we’re proud to be a small business with big heart -and it all starts with the people behind the scenes.

Brad is the man behind the machines - handling the equipment, managing job sites, and making sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. If there’s dirt to move or a septic system to install, he’s your guy.

Kaitlin keeps everything else on track -managing the books, organizing schedules, and running our social media so you know what we’re up to! (and making sure Brad stays on track 😉).
