Job Summary:

We are a growing lawn care and landscaping company seeking a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the business. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and w**d control
Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge clippers
Assist with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and general yard clean-up
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Requirements:

Fluent in English
Available to work 40+ hours per week, with Saturdays as needed
Reliable transportation to and from Ellerbe NC
Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in outdoor conditions
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience driving a truck with a trailer
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
