Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As a Tech, you will oversee your jobs, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, a self-motivated attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• Mentor junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage inventory and tools for service jobs.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience.
• Certifications: EPA 608 certification required; NATE certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for mandatory on-call rotations and occasional overtime.
