Two years ago, Ron Gina joined our team as Operations Manager at SVC.
Since day one, Ron has done far more than just manage operations. He stepped into the trenches to teach, mentor, build green crews, hammer out the work, and help take SVC to the next level.
Ron’s dedication to this company is unparalleled. More often than not, he’s the face you see on the job site — handling chaos, solving field challenges, and eating problems for breakfast that would honestly break most people.
As we continue to grow, Ron continues shifting his focus toward strengthening our team, developing people, and helping spread our wings at Pfizer and other service-related contracts.
His passion, work ethic, and ability to hold people accountable are a huge assets to SVC. He cares deeply about getting the job done right while pushing the people around him to improve every day.
Growth is exciting, but it takes people willing to carry responsibility, solve problems, and lead through pressure. Ron has consistently done that for the last two years.
The last two years have been a whirlwind, but don’t forget to enjoy the journey, Ron! The next two will be even crazier.
