Tis the season for indoor contractor work 🎄 Owner Jack recently updated this home’s basement by removing all of the old carpet, laying down new floors and adding some fresh coats of paint. Love a good basement refresh!

Catching up on some before & after photos and just came across this beauty 😍 Owner John demoed and removed the existing timber wall/concrete steps and built a new wall out of Techo Bloc Mini creta 6” in Champlain grey with an onyx architectural cap. He then installed the walkway in Techo bloc Eva Champlain grey with a 6x6 onyx border. The steps to the home is done in Techo bloc Venetian caps and risers in Champlain grey. He then installed the plants that were chosen by the customer and topped off the job with some black mulch. More photos of this job & an album coming soon!

This hardscape job in Ellington, CT is 😍👌🏼 Owner John demoed and removed the existing deck and installed a patio using Techo bloc Eva shale grey with an Ideal onyx 6x6 border. The stairs were built using Ideal grey wall blocks with matching caps and a landing was made to match the patio. He added a strip drain which was installed along the pool patio to divert rain water from running into the pool. Two sections of white vinyl fence were also added to help hide the pool filter and pump. Lastly, he built a set of steps (for easier access to the back yard) along the drive way with Techo bloc Rocka steps in shale grey. The customer was very happy. Love, love this before & after of these remodeled steps in Ellington, CT. Owner John demoed and removed the customers old brick steps and replaced them with Techo Bloc 6” mini creta blocks in Champlain grey and Techo Bloc architectural caps in onyx. Both the top and bottom landings were made with Techo Bloc Eva in Champlain grey with an onyx border to match. What a difference 😍

Good evening. It has been a busy season with a busy home life as well. It is time to catch up on social media and share some of the beautiful work John has been putting out at LJM. This recent job in Enfield is one of my favorites, so I am starting here ☺️ All details for the photos below are as followed. For the patio, John used Techo bloc Eva Champlain grey pavers bordered by Techo bloc Villagio onyx and Champlain grey. The fire pit area was also made with the same border blocks and Techo bloc Valencia in Champlain grey with and architectural onyx cap. The sitting wall was made with Techo bloc mini creta 3” & 6” in Champlain grey with onyx architectural caps. The new step along the deck was also made of mini creta 6” and onyx architectural caps. Just stunning!
