Terrill Contracting is looking for an experienced Hardscape/Landscape Foreman-Project Manager. Starting compensation is $32/hr with the potential for an increase based on skills and experience. This is a hands-on position that oversees an installation crew while ensuring high quality and efficient completion of projects.
The Landscape Construction Foreman/Project Manager oversees the installation of construction projects daily while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
What will you do in this role?
• Lead projects including but not limited to, retaining wall installation, fire features, outdoor living areas, paver and concrete patio & driveway installation, snow removal, and more.
• Set the example for production and professionalism; dependable, adaptable, organized, and detail oriented.
• Effectively supervise, advise, and train crew members.
• Delegate tasks and oversee the use of tools and equipment.
• Operate equipment such as trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini excavators, cut-off saws, etc.
• Ensure construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget & schedule, and with a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Complete any required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Overview

Our solid reputation has resulted in growth year over year. We need an experienced landscape construction project leader to work in partnership with the owner to sustain and support growth.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape, hardscape, lighting, and concrete construction.
• 1+ years managing projects and a field crew of 3 or more team members
• Knowledge of the following: plant material, hardscape materials, low voltage lighting, and snow removal.
• Maintain a professional image and ensure crew members do as well.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on the company’s insurance policy.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, and snow).
• Ability to work Monday – Friday; 8 – 10 hr shifts (occasional weekends during snow season)
