All exterior work on this house is complete . All new landscaping, removed old carpet and painted front/back porches and doors, pressure washed all concrete and houses, torn down old shed and planted grass. On to the inside work!

Shed demo and leveled. Privacy fence, retaining wall, and paver patio brought up to new shed level. Gravel parking area with oversized river rock along tree line.

Alittle bit of rehab, looks completely different. Was able to salvage the existing 4x4 treated boarder to make the job more cost effective.

Been busy over these past few months. Just finished 2 complete renovations.

Removed all the rock, some plants, trimmed everything, new w**d barrier, new edging, rewire all the lights, pressure wash all the boulders. Then put the rock back plus some.
